How to cheque your balance:
Go to "Support & Options" tab inwards the Software
Enter your Username (login) in addition to Password
Press "Check balance" button
To perform "Factory Reset FRP" create the next:
Go to "Remote Services" tab inwards the software
Press "Factory Services (Reset FRP / Unlock)" button
Select USB interface in addition to connect powered on device to guide to PC
